Off until you say yes
Nothing reaches your phone until you tick the consent line and type back the code we texted to that number. The code proves the phone is yours.
The outcome in the first line
Appointment booked, message taken or call transferred, followed by who called and the number to ring back.
Urgent calls stand out
When a caller describes something that cannot wait, the text says URGENT before anything else.
The whole call is one tap away
The text carries a link to the summary and transcript. The email still arrives too, so nothing is lost if you want the paper trail.
Straight talk
What it will not do.
Knowing the limits is how you set it up well.
- Alerts go to the owner's verified mobile only. The caller is never texted.
- One mobile per account, and one short alert per answered call. Long summaries are trimmed in the text and kept in full behind the link.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop the alerts, and START to turn them back on.
