Integrations and API

Book into your calendar, send every call to Zapier or your own webhook, or build on the Tactly API. All of it is included on every plan.

What does Tactly integrate with?
Tactly connects to Google Calendar, Apple iCloud, Fastmail and Yahoo calendars for booking, and includes a calendar of its own for businesses that have none. After every call it can post the details to Zapier or any https webhook, signed with a Tactly-Signature header, and the Tactly API lets developers list calls and subscribe to new ones.
Calendars
Google Calendar, Apple iCloud, Fastmail or Yahoo. No calendar? The one built into your dashboard does the job, and Zapier covers Outlook and the rest.
How booking works →Zapier
Paste a Zapier Catch Hook into your settings and every finished call lands in your CRM, spreadsheet, job software or team chat.
Set up Zapier →Signed webhooks
Send each call to any https address you run. Every delivery is signed, so your system can prove it came from Tactly before acting on it.
For developers
The Tactly API.
A small REST API at https://app.tactly.ai/api/tactly/v1. Create a key in your Tactly dashboard and send it as a Bearer token. Subscribe a URL to the call.completed event and Tactly posts each finished call to it, signed.
GET /meThe business your key belongs to.GET /callsAnswered calls, newest first, with paging by date.GET /calls/{id}One call.GET /hooksYour webhook subscriptions.POST /hooksSubscribe a URL to call.completed.DELETE /hooks/{id}Unsubscribe.
FAQ
Questions, answered
Does Tactly work with my CRM?
Through Zapier, yes. Zapier connects to thousands of apps, so each finished call can become a contact, a deal, a row in a sheet or a message in your team chat. If you have a developer, the webhook and API reach any system directly.
What does Tactly send after a call?
The caller's number and name, the summary, any message taken, and whether an appointment was booked, with its time, type and status.
How do I know a webhook really came from Tactly?
Every delivery carries a Tactly-Signature header: a timestamp and an HMAC-SHA256 of the timestamp and the raw body, made with a secret only you and Tactly hold. Check it before you trust the payload.
Is the API on every plan?
Yes. Any active or trialing Tactly account can create an API key in the dashboard. Keys work on the Tactly API only.
Can I build my own app on Tactly?
Yes. The Tactly API lists calls and manages webhook subscriptions, which is everything a connector needs to react when a call ends.
