Spanish answering

¿Habla español? Tactly does too.

If some of your customers would rather speak Spanish, Tactly can greet them in English and switch the moment they do, or answer every call in Spanish.

How does spanish answering work?

Tactly answers in English, in Spanish, or in both. Pick English and Spanish and it greets callers in English, lets them know they can speak Spanish, and switches as soon as they do. Pick Spanish and every call is answered in Spanish. Whatever the caller speaks, the summary, messages and email you receive are in English, so you can read every call. It comes with every plan.

Three choices

English, Spanish, or English and Spanish. Change it in your settings whenever you like; English is the default.

It switches when the caller does

On the bilingual setting Tactly greets in English, offers Spanish in one short line, and carries on in Spanish when the caller answers in it.

You read everything in English

Summaries, messages and the call email arrive in English, so an owner who does not speak Spanish still knows exactly what was said.

Same booking, same transfers

A Spanish call books into the same calendar and transfers to the same numbers. Nothing else needs setting up.

Straight talk

What it will not do.

Knowing the limits is how you set it up well.

  • It speaks English and Spanish only.
  • Your notes are written once; it answers Spanish callers from those same notes.
  • What you read about each call is always in English.
