FAQ
Referral program questions
Who can join the referral program?
Any business with a Tactly plan, including one still on its free trial. If you are not a Tactly customer, join the partner program instead, which pays commission in cash.
When do I get my free month?
When the business you referred pays for its first month, after its free trial ends. A business that cancels during its trial does not earn a reward, because it never became a customer.
What exactly is free?
Your plan's monthly price for one month. Extra minutes you use that month and any add-ons are billed as usual.
Is there a limit?
No. Each business you refer that becomes a paying customer earns you another free month.
How long does my link work?
Your link never expires. A business that clicks it has 60 days to start its trial for the referral to count.
Can I refer my own other business or location?
No. Referring yourself, or an account with the same email or billing details, does not earn a reward. To add another location to your own account, use the multiple locations option, which is discounted already.
How do I see my referrals?
The email with your link also has a private link to your referral dashboard, which lists every referral and its status. Lost it? Enter your email above and we send it again.
