Partner program questions
Who is the partner program for?
Anyone who is not a Tactly customer and knows small businesses that miss calls: web designers, marketing agencies, consultants, bookkeepers, trade associations and creators. Tactly customers earn free months through the referral program instead.
How much do I earn?
10% of the first year of the plan the business chooses, paid once per business. The table on this page shows the amount for each plan.
When am I paid?
When the business you referred pays for its first month, after its free trial ends. The payment goes to your bank through Stripe, usually within a few business days. A business that cancels during its trial does not earn commission, because it never became a customer.
How do payouts work?
Through Stripe, the payments company. After you join, Stripe asks for your payout details on its own secure page; we never see your bank details. If you earn commission before you finish that step, we hold it and send it as soon as you do.
How long does a referral count?
A business that clicks your link has 60 days to start its free trial for the referral to be yours.
Is there a limit?
No. There is no cap on how many businesses you refer or how much you earn.
I am already a WorkspaceCMS partner. Do I need to join again?
No. Fill in the form with the same email and we send your Tactly link. It uses your existing partner code and the same Stripe payouts.
