FAQ

About these examples

Are these real calls?

No. The businesses and callers are made up, so no customer's call is published. Each example shows something Tactly does today, and the email under each one is laid out the way the real summary email is.

Can I hear what Tactly sounds like?

Yes. Press play on any call above to hear it in Tactly's default voice, or call our own line, (305) 928-1811, which Tactly answers. Once you sign up, test calls from your own phone are free, so you can hear it answer for your business before you switch it on.

What happens when a caller asks something Tactly doesn't know?

It says it doesn't have that information and takes a message with the caller's name, number and question. It answers only from the notes you give it and never makes up a price, a policy or an opening.

Does Tactly transfer calls at night?

Not by default. Outside your hours it takes a message instead of ringing anyone, and the summary is in your inbox when you start the day. You can change that setting if you want night transfers.

Stop sending callers to voicemail.

Set up your receptionist, make a free test call from your own phone, and switch it on when it sounds right.
